Great learning/exploration experience. My wife and I worked with Adam for a one hour Acro session. Adam met us at our level of experience and gave us several ideas and poses to try immediately and to add to our practice. He even went above our expectations and taught us some partner Thai massage techniques that complemented our session like Yin and Yang.

I've made quite a few classes of a few different types with Crystal. She is skilled in many ways, very capable of communicating, displaying skills, and being inclusive or all students. I will continue to learn with her.

Crystal is an AMAZING Acro Yoga teacher! My partner and I had been trying to learn online for YEARS and in one session she showed us some small changes that made certain poses ten times easier. She has a great eye for catching mistakes and will base or fly in anything you're trying to learn. She's also so flexible with scheduling and extremely encouraging and inclusive. I could not recommend her classes more!

My boyfriend & I had the best experience working with Crystal. Everything was so well thought out. The park she chose for the lesson was super clean and there is plenty of parking. Crystal is really high uplifting and kind, and we walked away with some poses to continue practicing. I can't recommend Crystal enough.

My partner and I have been taking private lessons with Crystal for a year now. We've fallen in love with acroyoga and have learned a lot. Crystal is so fun to work with. Great personality, always laughing, super strong and inspiring!!! We look forward to every lesson with her. She's helped us not only learn the techniques but also communicate better as a couple. She's an excellent instructor. I highly recommend her!
