The work performed was satisfactory. However, when the bill showed up, there were excessive hours billed and the vendor was unwilling to detail the time nor compromise on what is billable. Time was escalated by about 94% over time on the job. Though I understand some billable off-site hours are reasonable and customary, this was excessive for the scope of work. Ensure upfront hard numbers for any services performed by this vendor. Most unpleasant experience - will never get my business again.
