Last week I went to a class at Acro& for the first time. I had SO much fun!! I plan to go back for another class! I found Acro& on Google after looking for an adult acrobatics or gymnastics class that I could attend on a weeknight. I chose Acro& because I liked the website and the class was held on a good day/time. When I called before class, I was greeted by one of the owners. My boyfriend and I had such a great time at Acro&! We took the FUNdamentals class recently and can’t wait to be back to learn more. The staff are all so kind and positive and encouraging. They broke down the moves in really digestible ways and were always nearby to help us out while we gave it a shot. Our classmates were also super sweet and welcoming. Acro& is a wonderful community that provides a great workout too!
