I've attended adult classes and also their new infant-parent class...cannot say enough good things! We especially enjoyed the infant class because we learned so many new ways to connect with our baby that didn't involve a toy, a screen, or an object. She giggled the entire time! It was also a nice way to meet other parents in the community, although it was not required.
