Several years ago (with no acrobatic experience) I wanted to learn how to do a handstand. I quickly found Acro&, not realizing how much time I would spend there over the coming years! Handstands is addicting because it is both difficult and extremely rewarding (when you balance for one second for the first time, you will know that feeling!!). Moving your body should fun, explorative, and empowering. Nate and Sarah have curated a space and coaching style that brings these qualities to life. Highly recommend checking out Acro &. I went with ZERO Acro experience and felt very comfortable picking up new moves and positions.
What a fun experience! Nate and Sarah have created such a special place. Incredibly challenging yet rewarding experience, and I think I was laughing and smiling the entire time. I was pretty nervous before trying it, but they made Acro incredibly approachable and removed the fear factor completely. Can't wait to go back! Thanks Nate and Sarah!
I had the opportunity to attend a group session led by Nate & Sarah in their new space in Northern Liberties. The acro poses and handstands challenged our bodies and minds in a way that I haven't experienced in other movement practices. Sarah & Nate are patient, encouraging and welcoming. I highly recommend giving it a try especially if you don't have any prior experience. They'll show you the way and make it fun.
Sarah and Nate are incredible instructors and we had so much fun learning handstands and partner positions. Nothing but laughter and good vibes, cannot recommend enough!
