Dr Lee and all the staff are exceptional. They take the time to understand what is going on, and try to find the solutions that work. They saved my large breed dog through patience and thorough testing. I have had pets for decades and Dr Lee is by far, the best vet I have interacted with. Thank you, Acres Animal Hospital.
This place offered to euthanize my pet and refused to neuter because of a misdiagnosis. I took my cat to a different veterinarian who neuter the cat. The cat is well and healthy. None of the diagnoses or prognosis given by Acres Animal Hospital were correct. Dangerous place to take your pets. I will give then a minus 2 Star.
After years of going to this vet, I am in a good position to say don't take your pets there. My cat Bear had the unfortunate experience of learning that they would not risk a simple neuter for concern he might not survive the procedure while simultaneously willing to euthanize. It was litterally take him to another vet because the only option was to destroy him at Acres. The new vet charged 138 for the neuter whereas I spend 1650 at Acres to learn they would not neuter for fear of his death and the impact on staff...but they... read more
Been taking our pups to see Dr Lee since 2013. Her and her staff treat my dogs like they were their own. They truly love all their *patients*!
