This Princess Anne location is amazing!! I can't say enough good things about the staff. My family's dogs have always gone to the Indian River (Kempsville) location, so I knew when I got my puppy I would be taking him to Acredale too. I took him to his first vet visit at Kempsville location and it was not a great experience for him, especially as first time at the vet. The vet and tech did not greet him sweetly but more clinical, and he was not feeling it. The tech took him to the back for his shots and came back telling us ... read more
Best vet clinic we have ever been to. Not only are the doctors and nurses great, but the front staff consistently go above and beyond for customer service. Our cats dont get scared going to this office and are excited to see the staff there each time. Every issue we've come to them with has been solved in a timely manner and we feel they genuinely care about their clients and community. Highly recommend!!!
