Very flippin rude and nasty my son called him trying to get assistance and pricing he cut him off talked to him like he was slow and dumb. I heard the whole conversation he was poised, respectful and very much knew what he was talking about. THE ONLY REASON WHY I DIDNT INTERVENE was because it was a teaching moment. SHAME ON YOU SIR! Did I actually find an honest straight-forward mechanic in Las Vegas???? Yes! Yes, I did. He doesn’t speak much but he’s honest and reasonable.
Let me start this off saying Tim is an amazing mechanic. I'm about as picky as it gets for people working on my cars and Tim just rocked this on all levels. He did a motor swap with a crate motor I bought and this was a modified 4.6L stroker replacing the stock 4.0L. There were of course some things to work through mostly due to so many changes and the modifications. Thinks like a CEL and a few other things which he kept at until all was right. Timothy is a reliable and honest car mechanic. His service for our vehicle was thorough, quick and efficient. Car was fixed two days after we dropped it off and it drives like it’s brand new. Will go to him again for any future car troubles.
Great service! I've been a customer here for about 5 years now with 2 different cars and I always walk away well informed and with a fair price. Tim helped me to purchase my car by providing a thorough vehicle inspection before I finalized my purchase. He found a major issue with the tie rod and suspension and I got the dealership to fix it at no cost to seal the deal.
