I was first introduce to ACR when one of their case managers, Emeka Smith called me. She begin starting the conversation by asking me questions that didn't have any thing to do with housing or tried to get to know a little something about me. And when I didn't answer her questions to her satisfaction, she kept on saying I wouldn't being compliance.
