I had the Asian woman and she was not nice at all and rushed and told me she was gonna go home, but I had to come, and did a horrible job at waxing my eyebrows and hurt me and didn't listen to what I wanted at all and I payed 30 bucks to go through hell. Never ever going there again.
Excellent service where staff go above and beyond! Started off with a professional consultation with Anne then an invigorating head massage. Anne then launched in with a rejuvenating head wash followed by new star quality haircut — Anne is friendly, and a seasoned hair artist . Thank you Anne and staff at Acqua Salon on 98 Wyndham St Guelph for this epic experience!

Had a horrible overpriced experience at this salon. The hair stylist was shaming me the entire appointment. Edit to add as the business replied to my review - I was a new client to hairstylist Jocelyn in July 2023. She spoke to me like I knew nothing about blonde hair and kept shaming me for how damaged my hair was and how my previous stylist did not do a good job. I’ve been seeing Jocelyn for all my hair needs for years and every time I leave I am beyond impressed! Jocelyn takes the time to listen to exactly what I want, offers great advice, and always delivers amazing results. My hair has never looked and felt better as a blonde.
