I didn’t even have a chance to be a customer.! Was trying to make my FIRST appointment with the receptionist (she was great) when some grouchy old lady jumped in arguing about the $19.99 special they clearly have posted on various sites. When I tried to book the appointment for the day they have the specials, she jumped in AGAIN arguing that the days change without notice (very deceiving) that I needed to call.
