Excellent nail salon. I have been going here since pre-covid and they are consistently great. There's not a lot of staff turnover either, which indicates that it is well run and techs are happy enough working here. Fair prices, lots of space, clean.
I won’t be coming back here. I was here last month and the girl who did my toes, cut my cuticle and it started bleeding. After she saw it was bleeding, she thought it was a good idea to pick the cuticle even more making it bleed more. Also, before she started doing my toes, I asked to switch my color and she wouldn’t let me switch it. She also didn’t give me the massage that I usually get when I go here. Terrible Service at AcquaLuxe Nails Spa I had an awful experience at AcquaLuxe Nails Spa. The technician insisted on using a nail drill on my natural nails, which is illegal. After I refused, she cut the skin on my thumb with the cuticle cutter, leaving it raw and bleeding. She didn’t apologize and then applied rubbing alcohol, causing more pain.
