This place seriously needs to reevaluate how they treat customers. I came in for a fill after about 2½ weeks, so yes there was normal growth, but none of my nails were lifting. I explained that clearly to the nail tech from the start. Despite that, she kept insisting that several of my nails were lifted and that she needed to replace them, which would have meant charging me for new nails that I did not need. My go to nail salon! I should’ve left this review when I first started going to Acqua over a year ago bc so many of us only leave warning reviews if a place is bad. This place deserves five stars. I see Lina and adore her but everyone is great. They’re clean, have a great color selection, and have highly skilled nail technicians. Pricing is nicer than where I used to go so that is awesome too.

I had pedicure and manicure without polish today cost $60.00 Why i didn't rate Jennifer higher? Her exfoliation was light and cleaning cuticles not well done. I can tell she is not a beginner.

Went in for a French pedicure but she butchered my nails and filed them at a slant so I had to get polish instead. I won’t return.

Every single time I come here it is such a wonderful experience — they do some of the best pedicures and eyebrows I’ve seen in DC. All of the nail techs I’ve had here are so lovely and commited to doing a good job, they take their time and truly care. Highly reccomend!!
