Best. Customer. Service. Ever. I had a nagging noise problem at a commercial building, and I was at my wit's end. I found Acoustical Surfaces' website and started to understand why the things I had tried weren't working. I then called and talked to Ted Weidman, who was fantastic. He talked me through the issue, had me email him some photos, and then explained the possible solutions and the products needed to implement them. Problem solved! This is one of the best customer-service experiences I have had in a long time.
I stay down stairs with a neighbor walk like he she have iron foot, too much noisy, hope they leasing need foot nosy proof. I can stand this and she just move here two months ago, too much foot noise l can believe it.
