Used to be solid, but quality has clearly dropped. Lack of knowledge, hard to get ahold of, and overall unprofessional. Not the same company it used to be.
Its a shame to see the company's quality plunge recently after years of stellar performance.
Would leave 0 stars if possible. Not sure if there was change in management but customer service is non-existent now.

Revised my review from before - I don't know what's happened recently, but they've gone downhill and quickly. I'd rather go buy supplies form Home Depot than deal with whoever this new manager again.
