Revised my review from before - I don't know what's happened recently, but they've gone downhill and quickly. I'd rather go buy supplies form Home Depot than deal with whoever this new manager again.
What happened to this company? Holy heavenly Jesus it takes a miracle to reach anyone by phone here. Young man Alexander claiming to be a "project manager" seems to be overwhelmed, but still doesnt explain his lack of knowledge in his field of acoustical ceiling tiles. Whom ever use to be in charge must be gone.
I don't know what happened but they have dropped the ball several times now and can't get ahold of anyone now.
