I put in an appointment on the 5th and the receptionist put me in for the 8th. She hears me out on whats going on with my cat and says to come in on the 7th instead at anytime because they only do blood work today. I come in on the 7th like she says and the lady there says I have no appointment. Nothing. No 7th or 8th. Also there's a note on her desk about this and still they have no spots to see my cat till next Monday. She tell me I never called back which I did to know when to come in.
