They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Their staff is very friendly and professional. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available.
