Nice yarn but they wouldn't honor coupon from last month (hey, we live 3000 miles away and get here once a year)
All the people here are pleasant to talk to and very welcoming. If you have questions about a project you're doing or a type of yarn you need they immediately help as best they can and it's always super useful in-depth knowledge. They love when you stop by and show them what you're working on. This store isn't a store at all, it's a home. <3
Did a yarn tour and visited 9 shops in one day this past weekend. Had never visited Acorn before but they had my favorite selection of soft yarn I've ever found at a shop. Can't wait to come back, and will be totally worth the drive.

This shop has surpassed my expectations in every way. Under the unique guidance of owner Fenella Raymond, it offers a warm welcome to knitters and needlecraft people of every level of expertise. There is an open and encouraging atmosphere from the staff that encourages and supports. As a newcomer to Seattle, I "dropped" into the Wednesday class 11-1 called "sit and knit".
