My family and I just stayed at the Beary Sweet cabin and we loved it. It was perfect for our children to enjoy the woods but still be close enough for other Smoky mountain fun! We didn't get to enjoy the outdoor items because it was to cold but we definitely will make future plans with Acorn Ridge Rentals again. The cabin was very clean and I would recommend Beary Sweet to all my friends and family traveling to the smokies!
Horrible customer service. Do not rent from them!! If you foolishly do, video all rooms before you leave because they will lie about things being broken and charge you for it. Our cabin was not clean. Desperately needs updating and DO NOT USE hot tub. A breeding ground of bacteria and algae. Toilets not clean, faulty heating.
The staff left a group of moms and 5 girls with a faulty grill. It caught fire and they put it out with the fire extinguisher. They charge us $450.00 bucks and but had the nerve to say thanks for not letting the cabin burn down. Crooks!
We have stayed at Acorn Ridge cabins several times and have always enjoyed our stay. The Beary Sweet is a wonderful cabin, I highly recommend!
Have rented from Acorn Ridge this year being our third time. We love Micks Hideaway and Amber Crest. Two beautiful cabins semi-secluded and love the area.....We have been vacationing in Tennessee since 2010 and this by far is our favorite cabins.
We stayed at cloud 9. It was truly an amazing time. It was very clean. And perfect for a weekend getaway. I will definitely be going back and have no problem recommending it to others!
We stayed at Beary Sweet the week before Christmas and absolutely Loved it. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!
