If I could give them lower than 1 star I would. Some of our residents went on vacation back in September 2017 and stayed at an Acorn Ridge cabin. After their return, Acorn Ridge debited our residents account for $1000 supposedly for damages!!! After 4 months and multiple emails asking for photos or some proof of damages from September, we finally got our residents $1000 back. And come to find out that one of our staff that went had actually taken a photo of the stairwell where the damage is and dang it, the damage is visible... read more
will charge you for things you did not damage and break and will debit your card without knowledge. Please video before you stay anywhere. BUT DO NOT STAY WITH THIS COMPANY. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I have to say I am extremely disappointed we went here for our honeymoon and had the time of our life. A year later we came back for our one year wedding anniversary and we stayed at Micks hideaway and I must say it was awful! Hot tub did not work, bath tub did not work, microwave was broken when we got there, the tv kept messing up, the power would flicker on and off. It was just absolutely horrible and very disappointing considering the great time we had last year. Would never stay at Micks hideaway again
We stayed at Holly Tree Hideaway last month and had a wonderful time. The views from the cabin were breathtaking and everything was just as we expected. I highly recommend this property and the entire Smoky Mountains area. We will be back!!
We rented our honeymoon cabin (the Seminole cabin) here and it was absolutely perfect! It was a really nice cabin and such a great price! Definitely recommend!
We stayed at Amber Crest and Mick's Hideaway last year and we're going back to Mick's in September - can't wait and would Very Highly recommend��
