On the Surface Poplar Homes seems promising. As a landlord I mostly manage my own property and I have a unit that is up for lease as was contacted by Poplar's business development staff asking if I might be interested in their services. They talked about the rental income guarantee, the $15k eviction coverage and 6% fee. We are a new vendor for Poplar Homes as of this year. Ronald there has been a wonderful help to us in the whole process. He has answered all of our questions, has gotten us several jobs and has checked with us often to make sure we are receiving payments. He is really nice and fun to talk to on the phone and gets back to us with concerns pretty much the same business day. Very happy with doing business with Ronald at Poplar Homes
As owners of 267 S 40th Springfield Oregon we were skeptical of the new management Poplar! We are so happy with Candace Thorsted handling our issues.
