Hello I contacted representative of Acorn earlier this week. Spoke to the lady to come out to the home to find out how much her management team could rent out the house for. She said by phone $2700 was the going rents in the area. She said she can come be out on a Sunday June 18, 2017 at 9AM to evaluate with the upgrades done to the house. I told her great i would be available @ 9 o'clock. She never showed up. Not a good impression i will call another property management company this coming monday.
