This storage facility is by far the BEST place in Bowling Green. We just cleaned out our storage unit that we have had since 2020, (but have also had several others through this facility since 2013), and they are great people to work with. We currently live in. Louisville but had kept them even through the years of living here because they are such a great storage facility and have great pricing. I rented a unit for awhile now from here. They are awesome. The lady in the office is so nice too.
These people are terrific! We rented for 3 yrs and all of our stuff was in perfect condition; no pests - of any kind. The management was always kind and understanding, even went out of their way for us. I tell everyone to rent from them (the best prices around) and they won't regret it.
Really nice people and made the process really easy!!
Property managers were always polite and pleasant. Rent was reasonably priced for climate control. Stored for over seven months, from July through March, and had no issues of pests or poor environmental conditions. Would definitely store with them again.
