Although they got the flower type and colours right, I didn’t get the arrangement I ordered. I ordered the Enchanted Cottage arrangement, but the flowers received didn’t seem to be arranged at all. It was just messy. This was a 70th birthday gift, I was hoping for something more professional looking. I spent a lot of time looking for the perfect arrangement, and I trusted that the florist would create it. I’m disappointed.
Excellent service great people, Josie was a dream to deal with for our flowers for the wedding, she had full creativity on flowers and center pieces and they were magnificent so many compliments and everyone wanted some to take home. and the flowers lasted long after the wedding, some even blooming more flowers!
I dropped in on a whim a few weeks ago, hoping to get a small bouquet of flowers for my son's graduation. I specified the colour I was looking for and within a couple of minutes the staff pulled together the perfect arrangement. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
Went at the end of their busy day when they were understaffed and still got amazing service. Flowers were well priced and beautiful. Recommended.
