I had such an amazing experience at Acorn Community Birth Center. From the beginning to the end and my postpartum visits, it was just such a wonderful experience. I was first greeted by Cristi, the executive director and midwife. She made me feel at ease and made me and my husband feel very comfortable. The birth center itself is in a peaceful community in Fallbrook. It has 3 birth rooms to choose from that are themed differently. This was my third baby at a third different birth center because unfortunately so many have closed since I started having kids. To be honest I only came to Acorn because they accepted my insurance and was uneasy about having to make such a far trip when it was time for the baby to come, but I have nothing but great things to say about my experience there and the care and attention I received through the course of my pregnancy put my worries at ease. Cristi and the team here at Acorn gave me the utmost support during my 2 pregnancies. Birth is such a life changing experience, I will forever be greatful to them and will truly take the wisdom, confidence that Cristi has helped to instill in me for the rest of my life
I delivered my 3rd child here almost 7 years ago and had such an amazing experience. Cristi was so warm and welcoming from the moment we stepped in and at every appointment. She just had the most kind, gentle, and welcoming demeanor. Thanks Cristi for providing me with such a positive birthing experience...it is such a blessed thing to have. I will carry the memories of my children's births with me always and I am so grateful that I can look back with only positive feelings when I think back to my son's birth.
Great care from all the midwives! What a wonderful experience from beginning to end. 1st we were able to get a one time exception with our insurance to cover as if in network since this is the closest birth center to Menifee. I am in my early 40's and my age wasn't a big deal as it is in Hospital setting. We all projected healthy and wellness throuhout the pregnancy and it was.
