Acorn is well-organized and responsive. All three of their people who helped us were excellent, especially Erica who helped around the house, drove us to doctor appointments, and is an excellent chef. She did a fine job on one of our favorite recipes. And she is an interesting, personable, intelligent companion.
Acorn is a wonderful locally owned home care company. We had used them in the past and when we suddenly needed help again, they immediately jumped into action. We were fortunate that Rain and Naomi were available. Rain had worked with my husband before and is capable, amiable and patient. Naomi has a lovely thoughtful manner and a lot of expertise caring for folks with dementia.
Wow! This is clearly a well-run and organized company. Though we did not end up needing a personal care aide this time, we were super impressed with their professionalism, responsiveness and kindness. We will definitely use them next time!
I would like to thank the Acorn Agency for providing me with excellent personal care aides these past few months.Their staff and team not only provide good caregivers, they communicate in a very timely fashion and are very responsive to whatever needs we have. Lorenzo worked so hard at finding a caregiver that is a perfect fit for me and I could not be happier.
