Caregivers are the unsung heroes for mobility limited patients. Acorn provides just such heroes. Prompt, always, kind and qualified, they provide companionship without complaint. They provide assistance with personal hygiene and light housekeeping chores. We have been very happy with the staff from Acorn.
Every day we feel grateful for the truly remarkable caregivers Acorn provides. Acorn not only has given us three skilled, compassionate, reliable, and all-around amazing caregivers but also is an extremely well-run, transparent organization. Everything -- most of all the care that is delivered -- works like a charm with Acorn.
I consulted with Acorn about our move to the US and how future care could look like in their area for family members. Acorn was super professional, gave me tips I didn't even think about beforehand, and were overall so caring. Acorn, thank you so much, and we will 100% use your services in the future again!
The services that Acorn in general, and Lorenzo in particular, provide are remarkable in how they help you understand what the real considerations are at each step. His advice to us on what one needs to understand about home care and other types of services elderly loved ones might need, before participation with Acorn was even considered, was critical in our understanding how we could best help an aging parent. It still guides us today. He is a great source of wisdom, information, and sound advice.
