Billy and his staff at Acori Diamond & Design made the whole experience very easy. From the inception process of what my wife's engagement ring should look like, to placing the order for the wedding bands. Best Gold Buyer in Freindswood or Houston I think I must have gone to 5 or 6 places before my brother in law told me that Acori buys Gold and pays more than anyone else. I thought I was going to all the obvious places but being from out of town I wasn't expecting to find a Jeweler who makes and retails gold jewelry to have the most generous exchange. I consider myself very lucky because I know I was lucky, and that most people don't have an Acori in their area.

My wife and I had just moved to Friendswood and I was looking for a local jeweler to fix my Rolex watch. Connie greeted us at the door and took my watch to the back to be inspected. She came back in about 5 minutes and said "here you go, is there anything else we can help you with ? I was so pleased with the professional friendly service from Connie and Mike the stores owners I ended up purchasing a ring for my wife. There was No pressure to buy, just by far one of the best experiences I have ever had with a jeweler.

Recently I decided to sell some old jewelry that I had no use for. I took my jewelry to different gold buyers to find the highest price and found that the Acori Diamonds had the highest offer on my gold. I received 600 dollars more than the second best offer which was made by a big gold buyer company that is located inside of mall. With Friendly service and a Top Dollar offer, I couldn't recommend Acori Diamonds any higher !

I decided to visit Acori Diamonds because of their great reviews. After I got an offer my jewelry the person helping me told me that they would honor the value if I decided to get my gold appraised at a different store and ended up returning. He was true to his word after I returned a couple of hours later after having gotten offers from several other stores around the area. My grandfather gave me a few gold coins and told me that when I couldn't hold out any longer to sell them one at a time to help get me thru this ruff economy. Well I hit a breaking point while in Friendswood, Tx. My car broke down while I was visiting family and I didn't know what else to do. Fortunately a family member told my about Acori and after one visit I was not only impressed with Acori as a Jeweler and Gold buy, I was back on the road full of appriciation for my grandfather as Acori.

I had a great experience at Acori Diamonds & Design. I wasn't 100% sure about what I wanted for a special gift, but the staff did a great job of helping me figure it out. I spent a few hours on two separate occasions looking through different diamonds and earring settings. I was assisted by Connie, and she was helpful and professional throughout the process. I had my diamond studs reset here and I was really impressed with the work. One of my earring backs fell off and they completely reset the diamond into sturdier posts with screwbacks. The work was affordable. The staff is friendly and I am very happy with the work they did.

We went there to have a ring engraved because the store where we originally bought it said it was too thin for engraving. Acori Diamonds had a look and they said the could do it. They kept their promise; they did an awesome job and even delivered it to our home to make sure we got it in time!
