Did a nice job taking a tree out but failed to do follow up work as paid for. Don't pay them til its all done!

called in March and got an estimate within a week or so. then I was ignored for MONTHS!! kept being told the owner would call me but he never did. finally was given a schedule date of june 4th. They canceled due to weather and then called the next day claiming their equipment broke down and would be late. they never showed up.
