called in March and got an estimate within a week or so. then I was ignored for MONTHS!! kept being told the owner would call me but he never did. finally was given a schedule date of june 4th. They canceled due to weather and then called the next day claiming their equipment broke down and would be late. they never showed up. I would highly recommend Acme Tree Service! The service quality and professionalism were outstanding! I have never seen a tree service so conscience about their clean up. Their rates were very reasonable and we will definitely use them again!
Can't say enough about the job Derek and his team did removing our very large Oak that had partially come down in a storm on our historic home. I had initially gone with another company that came one day, did a bunch of damage and never came back, once I got the guys from Acme out and saw professionals at work I realized what a mistake I had initially made.
