Hit or miss – Yeah, 2 stars on a normal scale - but one star - an "Eh" for citysearch.. So so work with a lot of mistakes and a bunch of meaningless promises. Like the first commenter noted, huge egos which was kind of irritating. I guess they made up for it by charging a bunch. I have since found a number of alternatives who offer better prices and unpretentious service.

Above and beyond expectations – I can only comment on the 2 aspects of ACME that I am familiar with. #1, the senior sales person I dealt with ( Joe Summers) .to be honest my initial reaction was that Joe was blowing smoke. He kept saying "yes", we can do that and we can have it to you on the date your requesting. I knew what I was asking for in the time frame I needed it was a tall order to say the least. #2, the metal shop. The quality of the fabrication on my display case is phenominal. Many years of experience – ACME has a large pool of professionals that have all been in the buisness for years. Combined they have easily over 100 years of experience under their belts. While they have a small/medium staff of people, they are a local company started by local people... providing local jobs to creative people who have a great job as an outlet.
