Way overpriced for the service we received. The cartridge for the shower was put in backwards, and we never got a technician to come back to fix the issue after requesting service four times. When we call the company, nobody answers the phone until you let it ring continuously.Unless the company drastically improves on its customer service, I would not recommend them.
Extremely overpriced. $400 to replace a single handle kitchen faucet control valve cartridge.
Customer Service is lousy
I can't comment on their services, but the person answering the phone is very curt -- bordering on rude -- and they charge $39 for an estimate whenever they care to show up, $69 for a 3 hour window. No thank you.
I work at acme and being there I see how their passion is to quality work they all are great people who know how to do things right as i am writing this comment on a sadderday I can't help but miss working there with how good they treat their employees 11 out of 10 stars can't wait for Monday to go back
I’m getting really tired of your company placing stickers on my car AFTER your business hours and well after 5pm when your parking lot opens, per city regulation, for public usage. This needs to end immediately.
I don't believe there's enough space to tell it all! I sincerely recommend Acme because of their knowledgeable staff, incredible customer service and quality work.
