This place was sooo good! The fried oysters were the best I've ever had!!! Highly recommend this place!
The chargrilled Oysters and Gumbo were simply tasty and yummy. Evacuee from Florida due to hurricane Irma.
5 stars to help offset the 1-star rating left by the person who didn't appreciate employees having a little fun at work. I don't normally bother leaving reviews but ACME Oyster House is always amazing and I thought a 1-star review was harsh.
Service was fairly good, and place was clean. Got food before appetizer oysters even though we waited quite a while to order main course, then the girl that brought it made a smart mouthed comment... the chargrilled oysters were not consistent. Some burnt and tiny and some perfect in size and cooked well . As I went to the restroom before we left the cook was complaining to another about a customer complaining about their food... manager might need to be more attentive. The service was excellent but the food has gone far beyond downhill! The menu definitely needs an upgrade (pasta dishes perhaps)
