Not really interested in coming back to drop off a load, places like this are not considered of truckers time. I wish all I had to do is one load a day , unfortunately this place is probably union, but I guarantee you on holidays they will work fast to go home quick.

Customer service is a circus at this place. Caron couldn't give me a quote or answer questions for a week. She put Joe on the phone and all he could do was call me "Babe" and also not answer my questions. Finally someone else was able to help me, and she was great. Except that the whole episode took so long that I'm waiting yet another half a week to receive the materials I ordered. Laughing so hard I'm crying over here!
Great Customer service & Great Prices! Greg and Jason are both highly responsive and get the products you need via be carbon or stainless! Keep up the great work!
