Absolutely great service from Mike and Willie. I brought in my front door mechanism to repair and fixed it on the spot. I did have to go back and get a part for the deadbolt, but then too Mike explained my issue and sold me the part. My husband told me to go there because he also had a great experience last time. I highly recommend ACME locksmith. Good prices and great customer service. Thank you!

Stopped in randomly and was greeted by Willie. I expected to have to replace two small sliding deadbolt locks with keys that were jamming. Instead, Willie took the locks, cut a new key, adjusted the wafers, and explained they were fine—just needed lubrication and a little working in. To my surprise, he had both fixed within minutes, and I was on my way with only a small service charge. Excellent place, highly experienced locksmith, and an overall pleasant experience.

Our animal shelter had an issue with our lock mechanism on our gate and I called Acme Locksmith of Scottsdale for repair. They gave a reasonable amount of time for their response. Mike showed up on time and was extremely knowledgeable about his job and our issue. He quickly got the repair performed and was pleasant to speak to about our service call. Thank you, Acme Locksmith!!!!!

Very easy to schedule online. The only concern was the six hour window they gave me. As it turned out, the Acme Locksmith, Irv, called to let me know he had an earlier opening and was able to come over within 20 minutes, well before my 12:00-6:00 window. I was delighted! He was very professional and was in and out in an hour. He had to replace two locks and re-key another. I would highly recommend Acme Lock and Key!

While trying to replace an old Schlage front door handset, I ran into a few problems. I couldn't find a replacement set that would fit the door cutout, so I tried to reassemble the old one. Unfortunately, a little piece fell out and I couldn't figure out how to put it back in properly. After banging my head against the wall for an hour or so, I took the whole hot mess to ACME Locksmith.
