Trust Mike & Willie to resolve complex locksmith issues. We needed to repair a 50 year old door lock. Talked to Mike on the phone, he said they may be able to help since they havr been in business several years and may possibly have parts. They found a newly manufactured part made the repair in record time and their charge was very reasonable. We highly recommend Acme, if thete were more than 5 stars, i would give them a 10. Thanks Mike & Willie for your excellent customer service that is difficult to find today.

Willie was a 100% joy to work with. Made the steps of duplicating my medeco lock key a breeze. Called not once, but TWICE to let me know my key arrived earlier than expected. I’ve done business with Acme for over twenty years for all my security needs and am not likely to change. Thanks again Willie!

Willie was great, friendly, humorous, and an excellent customer service. He solve my problem while I waited and I am very pleased! Thanks Willie! On a side note according to the internet you were open on Saturday so I drove over, but alas the shop was closed.

The gentleman who was here did an amazing job. Communication started when he was on his way. He arrived when he said he would. One key is for a unique lock. It was not working properly. It is now. Adjustments were made on that lock. All other locks use the same new key. It was quick and definitely worth the cost. What a great experience.

Excellent service, very helpful. Quick and responsive. Had 8 doors rekeyed, made extra keys and installed a new locked entry lever.
