Big Mike was great! Super friendly guy and very easy to work with. Mike went well and beyond the call of duty to make sure my lock was in smooth, effort-free condition. I can’t recommend these guys highly enough!

I was lucky that Big Mike was on call when I had an urgent issue with a door lock. He was the third locksmith I called but the only one that asked me in detail what the problem was. He did a bit of investigating and recommended we hold off on an emergent visit because parts will likely be needed. He did complete an excellent fix a couple of days later, making sure to do only what was required and avoiding unnecessary charges. This company is legit. I was skeptical if Acme Locksmith would be able to help me with making a new key for our 1994 Buick which has an early version of vehicle anti theft (VAT) chip. Buick has 15 different versions of the chip. I was incredibly impressed by Acme and their ability to identify the VAT for the car but also their ability to have the correct key in stock! Truly a superior organization with great service.

I had all my keys stolen for my car hauler when I came down to the good guys car show and all the locks were picked and I needed keys for the travel home to Canada. I delivered the locks to Willie the evening before. He had them ready for me for 8:00 in the morning. Very happy with the service. And his right hand man. I forget his name also gave me a Phillips screwdriver to reinstall the locks that I didn't have and I didn't know where to go buy one. Fantastic fast service.
