The gentleman who was here did an amazing job. Communication started when he was on his way. He arrived when he said he would. One key is for a unique lock. It was not working properly. It is now. Adjustments were made on that lock. All other locks use the same new key. It was quick and definitely worth the cost. What a great experience.
Absolutely great service from Mike and Willie. I brought in my front door mechanism to repair and fixed it on the spot. I did have to go back and get a part for the deadbolt, but then too Mike explained my issue and sold me the part. My husband told me to go there because he also had a great experience last time.
