I worked for this company for a short period. I remodeled a Dollar tree in CT, working alongside a very inexperience PM. At about 75 % completion. I gave the senior pm (Bill) two weeks notice.I stayed past to help out, He half paid the agreed salary around 95 % completion. And still owes me a week salary. Which I have documentation to prove it from their office. Because the owner is having his little tantrum no was has paid what I worked for to date. Heck I really deserved more dealing with that PM.
