Got a design I made embroidered on a hat and it came out amazing.
I brought in 8 articles of clothing to be embroidered with my company logo. This was the 3rd time i did this. I decided to write a review when they ruined 2 of my shirts. They replaced them with no hesitation. You never know how good a company is until there is a problem. They suceeded and now have my business permanently. Thanks Dave

The customer service from Jeremy was absolutely terrible. I have been a customer for many years and have many stockings embroidered for my children and grandchildren. Went in there with two stockings and he acted like he didn't know what was going on. I didn't even leave my stuff there to be done I did not feel comfortable with him taking the order and it being correct

Fast and efficient. Great customer service. Needed shirt embroidered got there at 6:30pm it was done by 7:30.
