So excited about getting the brick for our new home. Charlotte has been friendly and helpful in placing the order. Joe suggested I look at several mortar colors. When I found the one that gave me the look I am trying to achieve, he made me feel confident in my choice. Ready for install!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Guess the female working wasn’t used to a mother daughter wanting to purchase from them. We just spent $1000+ installing our own patio and wanted to complete our project with a walkway. We can (and will) easily spend another $1000 at another location. She literally was laughing at us with another employee. Perhaps she is an owners daughter who really doesn’t care how she comes off. First lesson would be in manners.
