I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this massage spa. The massage room was particularly clean. The massage therapist (woman was a high top hair cut— works Saturday evenings) was highly unprofessional and appeared to be untrained. She did not use the correct techniques and seemed unfamiliar with basic practices, such as properly draping the client to ensure privacy.
