They sent someone out and he couldn’t figure out the problem. He didn’t know what he was doing. They kept calling him from the office and saying he was taking too long. Then he said he couldn’t figure it out and left. He said they were going to send another technician but when I called they said to call someone else . Wow I can’t believe their work ethic and customer service! Still no air and they don’t care.

I had my Ac unit installed on the first Saturday in May. They came early, quickly installed my unit and return grille. Very courteous and made sure everything worked and that I was happy. I could not beat the price at $6,900 for a Goodman 3.5 ton 16 SEER unit with a 40" x 20" return grille filter holder.
The full staff was friendly and efficient from start to finish, I’m very pleased with my installation and how quickly it was scheduled and completed. The installation was done just like it was one of their own homes even going above and beyond the job to make sure I had better airflow than my original set up. I took advantage of their 0% down 0% interest as well. Highly recommended! I’d give 10 stars if I could.
