We had a difficult experience with (1) a phone rep who hung up on my wife when we reminded her she promised that LVAC would dispatch an after hours tech to our residence two nights ago. (2) A tech who incorrectly diagnosed our HVAC unit as unrepairable and unchargeable. (3) A tech who said there are no HVAC 'stop leak products' on the market we could use which is not True.
