We had a difficult experience with (1) a phone rep who hung up on my wife when we reminded her she promised that LVAC would dispatch an after hours tech to our residence two nights ago. (2) A tech who incorrectly diagnosed our HVAC unit as unrepairable and unchargeable. (3) A tech who said there are no HVAC 'stop leak products' on the market we could use which is not True. In our opinion, LVAC made our family suffer in a heat wave without AC because they wanted our landlord to buy a new unit. The LVAC tech also reinstalled ... read more

A++ The technicians we`ve had from ACLV Heating & Cooling have been great! They`re always willing to take time to answer questions about how things work and are always friendly. We`ve only had routine maintenance calls but wouldn`t hesitate to call them in the even of future problems.
