I work for Alameda County and we have been using Aclarity Systems for eight months to monitor a historic theater that Alameda County owns and is under construction. Aclarity's services at the theater include camera installation and monitoring as well as alarm notification at the site if there is an intruder. The cameras record all motion. While you’ve given some generalities that support furniture stealing being consistent with quality security here are my follow-up questions: How many minutes actually passed between the first sign on video that something was wrong here and a member of your team showing up? And was the video even working? Within a month or so of my building signing up with Aclarity someone broke in and stole all the lobby furniture.
