Friendly enough staff, but they do not get in early enough to accept the 8 AM appointments on time and must be short fast to have to wait 20 minutes on hold on a Wednesday afternoon.
If I could give a zero star, I would. Lazy staff, not accommodating. I don't know why they even bother opening their service.
Had to get a quick test. They got me right in and out. Very pleasant staff.
What is so special about going to doctors appointments.
All labs require an appointment. If your doctor is not an aurora doctor, they want you to drive there and physically hand them the lab order a couple of days beforehand to enter "it" into the computer. I have their card, and I asked if the order could be faxed in by my doctor. They said yes. On the card has their fax number for the lab. The person I spoke to said fax it to another number instead.
