Rick is very friendly, cooperative and professional. Our hot water heater went on Easter Monday. He was fast and efficient when responding and quickly organized the job to be completed. The worker he assigned to the job, Logan was a young fellow who was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job installing our new hot water heater. He was very neat and tidy as well. Ackinclose & Son Plumbing and Heating came to our rescue when we had a water main leak. They were incredibly professional and kept my wife and me updated throughout the process, both in person and via text, since I was out of town. Not only did they fix the immediate problem, but they also identified and addressed the possible cause to prevent future issues.
