Were the chiropractor's hands uncomfortably cold during your treatment? Not at all! I was very comfortable during my entire treatment Did this chiropractor answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Did you experience any numbness after your appointment with this chiropractor? Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left!

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Did the chiropractor offer on-site X-Rays? Yes, I didn't have to drive anywhere! Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me After your appointment with this chiropractor, were you still skeptical that the treatment would be effective? I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I was really glad that they customized their treatment to address my condition instead of just giving me general adjustments. Their treatment was much more effective that way. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

I would recommend Dr. Ackerson to others, especially my friends and family. I was happy with his care and would like to pass on my good experience to others. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. He has a wonderful staff member who is very knowledgeable and qualified. They've given me a ton of nutritional and lifestyle tips. They know how important it is for my recovery.
