On December 14 2024 my aunt carried a top bridge to be repaired. When she dropped them off she paid in full. I think a little over $1400. She was given an estimate of 4-8 weeks. Well today is April 3rd and guess what no bridge! She talked to them throughout this time and same story . On Tuesday of this week they told her they should be in Wednesday if not Thursday. Avoid this dentist at all costs. Recently I was sick and missed my appointment. I was actually asleep when they tried to call me. I immediately called them back and informed them I was sick. They immediately started talking about a last minute cancellation fee. I received a bill today for $100.00 for a last minute cancellation I will not be paying this or using this dentist ever again.

My family moved to Youngsville, NC in July 2024. We had not established a dentist until my filling fell out on a molar. Dr. Ackerman's office was willing to see me 24 hours later. The first visit he could not pull the tooth because it was infected. Once not infected he was able to pull it out without any anxiety on my end. The novocaine he administered I did not feel and I felt great after the surgery was done. Everyone should go here they definitely need the money miss one appointment and 2 days later bill was all ready in the mailbox they have a 48 hour rule but there not open on Friday so if u find out u can’t come in for your appointment on a Monday and it’s Friday morning you are stuck with a bill even tho they are not busy at all ever the dentist is good doesn’t talk at all really and does it all his self witch I thought was cool but the main lady at the front is rude and money hungry and always has the view on TV I would not... read more
