Marvin Kinney is a incredibly experienced registered Civil Engineer with decades and decades of diverse experience. At North American Power & Controls, we have hired Marvin numerous times over the last 20 years anytime we need a structural drawing reviewed and stamped by a registered engineer. With his huge past experience, he has often helped us find more effective and/or less costly methods of satisfying a regulatory requirement. We can't recommend Marvin Kinney enough, the world needs more engineers like him!

First off: Marvin Kinney lied to me. Before I hired him I asked him if he either worked for Lennar or the city of Vallejo. He was very adamant that he did not. Turns out that he works for the city of Vallejo. Even after I told him not to submit his incomplete and incorrect plans to the city he went ahead and did it anyways. When he came by to discuss our project he said he would have the plans ready in 3 weeks.
