This is the WORST pediatrics office in town. The staff is completely incompetent, and rude. They always over book, leaving you waiting for literally HOURS. They also pressured me into taking medical equipment and lied to me telling me my insurance covers the cost 100%, Which they did not. I received a bill and contacted their main offices about it. For EXCELLENT Pediatric Care ***** – I've been taking my three grandchildren to ACI Pediatrics for over 11 years. During this time we've received excellent care and have a wonderful rapport with the doctors and staff. I just can't say enough wonderful things about them.
STAY AWAY!!! Terrible Staff... Don't waste your time. – Here are just a couple examples of the horrible staff: 1. On many, many occasions, I have not been able to get through to the GV office for hours. For example, my son got sick right after the swine flu alerts went out, and I called for HOURS and no answer, nowhere to leave a voicemail or options to speak witha nurse.. NOTHING. 2. The DOB on my sons chart was incorrect for over 4 months! They even gave my son his first round of shots thinking his birthday was TWO months ... read more

Excellent! This place is great! The drawings on the wall make chiledren more relaxed-less nervous. They have to seprate rooms, one for ill chredren and another for healthy children. They play movies for children with small play areas. When your doctor sees you, theres another tv with a movie playing on it. The rooms have small games. This makes a fun expirence for children. Plus the staff is very nice.
