we had a air compressor delivered. its on a pallet and 6' tall. it was delivered on its side on another pallet. our employee didnt look at it. its completely trashed. we asked the driver. he said "you signed for it!" thought it was funny. i will never accept anything being delivered by this company again. bad people. his boss was worse.
