This particular company, branch, what have you, is either stealing or losing peoples packages. Many people have reported this issue around the web. I have had my package stolen or lost here as well. Customer service is non existent - no one to get a hold of. Filed a complaint with the BBB and now going to file one with FTC.
Not sure if this is the right location or if it's ACI Express of LA that's having a bad problem with packages getting lost [or stolen] over the last several months. If this is ACI of Compton, CA, then this place is losing (or employees stealing) small heavy'ish packages that were shipped from Asia in transit to Oregon. USPS isn't getting all packages.
