The experience with them is great. From the beginning of the process throughout, staff explains each step of the way the treatment. If you need to go in before your schedule date, they’re glad to squeeze you in as soon as the next day. I come here for my beautiful little baby girl and they’re always so welcoming. I’ve had two kids with helmets and this is by far the fastest & easiest experience I’ve had from the start of her appointments to even receiving that helmet. 10/10
I don't know where to begin! this establishment has embraced us with open arms ever since we were referred here by our Daughter pediatrician. They are so cordial with others and understanding. We are seen rapidly, respectfully, and anytime we've needed adjustments for our helmet they always answer the call and get us in the very next or same day! Definitely the best in Bakersfield and it's not close.
