Worst billing experience I’ve ever had, I wish I could give it 0 stars. The office visit itself was fine, the staff members were nice, but there was no end solution to what I had come to the office for. I visited with the NP, who gave me recommendations and filed down the very top layer of skin on the problems area of my foot. Made an appointment for 1:30PM. I arrived at around 1:05PM, signed in at the screen check-in, which confirmed me as checked in. Did not see a single staff for about 30 minutes, not even a receptionist. When she returned to her desk around 1:30, the receptionist called me up and told me I had missed my appointment, which was at 12:30PM. I found this to be bizarre because I was certain it was 1:30. This place is a rip off. Went in for a diagnosis and treatment for Achilles tendinitis walked out 30 mins later with a $800 bill, $475 of which was for a walking boot that I could have gotten on Amazon $55.
Quite literally the most poorly run medical establishment I have ever experienced in my 64 years of life. I had an appointment for January made in November. When I arrived I waited in their waiting room three and 1/2 hours when I finally went up and asked again when I would have my appointment with the doctor. They then told me he left the practice 9 weeks earlier. They made no effort to reach out to me or even reschedule the appointment. Always a wait for an appointment, high staff turnover and double billing. Allow for plenty of time and always check your billing and get a receipt before you leave your appointment! Not to mention terrible work and follow up with another podiatrist to remedy the situation.
