easy 10/10 just from my first appointment. like stupidly eaaasy. office staff is clear concise and generally nice. dr. shah is nothing but professional and chill. just make sure you shower and maybe trim? before your appointment because for my first visit they did ask me to take off my shoes and socks once i went into the room for the visit. extremely glad i didnt go to the gym beforehand update: dr. shah told me what shoes to avoid and what excerises to do to keep my foot in top shape. i got implants for my shoes due to my ... read more

Best podiatrist ever. Doctor Shah and his staff are very professional and friendy. Yvette the office manager is very sweet. I was in pain and left a voicemail when they were closed. The doctor himself called me back that very same day and had me checked out the next day. Doctor is very knowledgeable and informative. Highly recommended this place
My experience with Dr. Ketan Shah was overall good - he clearly knew my ankle was sprained, ordered an MRI, and with his recommended stretches I fully recovered within 3 weeks. I’m giving 3 stars because the imaging center he referred me to tried to scam me by not taking my insurance and treated me with terribly. Additionally, the wait times at his office can exceed 20-30mins at times.
Amazing experience with Dr Shah and team. Went to him 2 months back with severe pain in my heel. His diagnosis and treatment worked so well and fast. I climbed the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro in Africa last week. Thanks to his wonderful treatment. Highly recommend him.
