Bad management , they don't fix a thing . look at all the pics and videos . morgan manor apartments are the worse !
My fiancé and I are currently renting a studio apartment from the Salado Creek Property in San Antonio. We moved back in November and we never had a problem until late December early January. We reported a leak from our shower, that was leaking to the bedroom area, the maintenance guy came to "fix it" only to put tape behind the faucet to stop the leak. He then told my fiancé he would be back later that week to remove the wood paneling. We never had any issues after that.. so we assumed maybe he stopped by when we weren't ho... read more

Everything that you read on this reviews that are 1 star is so true regarding the people they hire for management. AVOID RENTING FROM THIS COMPANY AND ANY SISTER PROPERTIES because they hire incompetent people who don't know how to do their jobs. As you can see all there properties are not maintained and management become very buddy buddy with some tenants in the property. For example take Morgan Manor as of 2022 before new management took over it was pleasant to live there fast forward to 2024 and Morgan Manor has down hill... read more
