They don't want to pay my Medical bills . The property manager didn't want to fix Adam things and this is coming from other tenants in the building!.
No matter how much money they offer, I would stay far away from Achieve Properties! Deserves ZERO stars!
This is the 5 time my ac broken down and nothing fixed right poor maintenance staff , this property hired same residents they don't do anything and they don't know anything management very poor I have to expend around 400 dls stay hotel plus food and no answer from management or corporate office also I had mold reported months ago and nothing my dishwasher is not working since I move in, the increase the rent but nothing to fix or hiring the right person to fiixed hopefully the owner can upgrade the ac are too old since the ... read more
Bad management , they don't fix a thing . look at all the pics and videos . morgan manor apartments are the worse !
My fiancé and I are currently renting a studio apartment from the Salado Creek Property in San Antonio. We moved back in November and we never had a problem until late December early January. We reported a leak from our shower, that was leaking to the bedroom area, the maintenance guy came to "fix it" only to put tape behind the faucet to stop the leak.
