I would give 0 stars if possible. They refuse to process insurance claims. They want us to pay out of pocket for therapy that is covered by insurance. We confirmed they were in-network before treatment, but they did not tell us that they would not process insurance claims and insist on out of pocket payment. After 50+ emails and phone calls reminding them to get this done, they decided to withhold therapy at a critical time. Now we are stuck looking for another provider in the middle of our treatment.
